Vegan & Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Servings 6 large or 12 small
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Maldon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Use cookie scoop, ice cream scoop, or tablespoon, depending on desired size, to drop cookies onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 mins, or until golden brown. Sprinkle immediately with Maldon salt. Cool for as long as you can stand it. Enjoy!
