One Regional Winner and three Honorable Mentions were selected from the local cocktail entries submitted to the annual St. Germain Can Can Classic. All cocktails were based on local ingredients. The winner was Brian Prugalidad of Craft & Commerce for his creation Las Tres Niñas de Mayahuel. The three Honorable Mentions were Timothy Stevens of Prohibition for Polle-nation, Ian Ward of Snake Oil Cocktail Co. for Postal Code 92107, and Seth Laufman of Saltbox for St. Julian Fizz.
