Celebrate Mexican Independence Day and National Guacamole Day, which both fall on September 16, by whipping up some guac. Throw together a few avocados with lemon juice, vine-ripe tomatos, red onion, cilantro and a dash of sea salt to make one of our favorite guacamole recipes from Edible Ojai. From a BLT-inspired dip to a sesame seaweed mix, here are some recipes we love.
