The Poptail Manual

Over 90 Delicious Frozen Cocktails

When author Kathy Kordalis claims that "nothing beats a booze stick," we can't find one reason to disagree.

"The Poptail Manual will guide you in your frozen cocktail journey. It's great to take a signature cocktail and adapt it to frozen form. Once you get the hang of it, have a play, experiment with your own combinations, and just have fun."

A tip for making poptails: If you change the recipe to add more booze, keep it under 4 parts water to 1 part spirits. Any more, and the pops won't freeze enough to stay together.
