- 2 frozen pastry dough sheets, thawed
- 2 ounces (55g) Brie cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce, 397-g) can cranberry sauce or whole cranberries

Makes 8–12 roll-ups depending on preferred size
Put pastry dough sheets on counter and let thaw. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Spray 8–12 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray. Unroll pastry sheet on a work surface and spread cheese over pastry with a knife, from edge to edge. Spoon cranberry sauce onto top of cheese and spread over cheese (use as much or as little as you like). Roll pastry sheet up and cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) pieces for small rolls or 2-inch (5-cm) pieces for larger rolls. Place a roll into each muffin cup. Bake 25 minutes, until center of pastry roll is fully cooked. Using a knife or mini metal spatula, transfer rolls to a platter and serve immediately.
