- 1 bun
- ¾ cup Scottona beef
- 1 sprig wild arugula
- 2 ½ tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 lime
- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 2 ½ tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 spray of light rum
- extra-virgin olive oil
Cut the lime into thin slices.
Clean and wash the arugula carefully.
Mix the yogurt with a trickle of olive oil and two or three chopped mint leaves. Brush the patty lightly with oil, then put it on the heated grill and cook as desired.
Meanwhile, cut the bun in half, spread the cut sides with softened butter and then brown them in a non-stick pan.
Now put the base of the bun on a cutting board and add the arugula with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, the patty, the Parmigiano, lime and mint. Add the coarsely crushed pepper and spray with the light rum. Spread the other half of the bun with the minty yogurt and cover. Pin everything together with a cocktail stick.
