Ingredients

  • 1 fl oz Gin
  • 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 fl oz Campari
  • 1/2 fl oz sugar syrup
  • Champagne
  • Grapefruit twist, to garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients except Champagne to a shaker with ice and shake briefly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
