			<description>I thought I had a name for the elderflower drink, as it reminded me of a similar drink with a clever name we made at the juice bar I used to work at (the haymarket)... But I couldn't quite remember the name.... Then, it hit me! It was called, &quot;the gin and tonic&quot;!!! 

....it had GINger in it too though.... 

...and no alchohol....
