Today I was on the other side of things when ordering from Bare Burger. Long story short I ordered for my whole team at the front desk and got the order about 50 minutes later due to the delivery man getting lost. The order was cold and didnt seem fresh. I then called Bare Burger and spoke to Misha who with out a second thought assured me that he would make the ENTIRE order over and to not worry about a thing. I got the food about 10 minutes later and everything was FANTASTIC! The milkshakes are phenomenal! Service like this will keep us coming back for more!
