Rosemary Citrus Salt

Ingredients

1 T. fresh rosemary, chopped

2 T. lemon zest

½ c. coarse salt (coarse Hawaiian Alaea, Cypress flake, Sel Gris or Fleur de Sel) 

Methods/steps

Process ingredients in a food processor, pulsing until well blended. Use as a rub on pork or meat for grilling, as a finishing salt for roasted vegetables or as a flavorful sprinkle on a hearty salad.
