Region
Difficulty

1 ½ oz. gin
½ lime
Splash of Paula’s Texas Lemon
Bottle Q Tonic (the only American tonic made with handpicked quinine and organic agave nectar instead of high-fructose corn syrup. Available at Whole Foods)
Orange Saltburst (sea salt flavored with orange zest and dried rosemary. Available at the Sunset Valley Farmers Market, or make something similar yourself)

Methods/steps

Rub the lime around the rim of a collins glass to moisten, then dip rim into the Orange Saltburst. Fill glass with ice. Add gin. Squeeze the lime over the ice and toss it into the glass. Top with Q Tonic and a floater of Paula’s Texas Lemon (a “floater” is a splash of liquid, usually a liqueur, added to the top of a drink, as opposed to during the mixing). Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
