Who We Are
Edible New Orleans is a free quarterly publication that celebrates the city's established food traditions, new food trends, and the growers and producers who shape the local food landscape.  
The magazine profiles local farmers, fishermen and food artisans, takes readers behind the scenes of their favorite restaurants, and provides recipes that showcase the bounty of local, in-season ingredients.  Each issue will have a circulation of ten thousand copies, distributed for free in restaurants, coffee shops, food markets, bookstores, hotels, and cultural centers throughout the city.  The magazine is also available by subscription and on the web.
Edible New Orleans is a member of Edible Communities, a growing network of local food magazines in over sixty locations across the country.  The magazine is locally owned and operated but benefits from the support of an award-winning national publishing company with over 15 million readers nationwide.
