Rates apply to both four-color and black and white ads. All rates listed as net. Payment terms: net 30 days. Advance payment is required from first-time advertisers. Rates effective with Spring 2009 issue. All rates subject to change.
AD SPECIFICATIONS:
Edible Hudson Valley is printed on uncoated stock with a perfect binding. Trim size is 8 3/8”” x 10 7/8”. Ad materials can be submitted in one of the following formats:
Photoshop tiff or eps files (“greyscale” for Black & White ads, “cmyk” for color ads) (If submitting an eps file, all fonts MUST be embedded)
High resolution pdf files from Adobe Acrobat. Make sure your file is at least 300 dpi.
Quark 6.0 (or higher) for Mac. Files must be sent in folders that include the file, all fonts (screen and printer fonts), and all links
***Ad must be built to the exact measurements for the size ad you are submitting
***Files must be at a minimum of 300dpi at 100% size (for example: 3.75” wide by 4.75” tall for quarter page ads, etc.)
72 dpi files (for web), in RGB color are not accepted. They will not print correctly. Questions? Call 845-688-6880 prior to deadline.
