Charlie's Vegetarian Ruben Wraps |
1 slice Sesame Whole Wheat bread
2 thick slices Raclette cheese (enough to cover bread)
sweet mustard
white sauerkraut from Leelanau Cultured Veggies
Cut bread slice into one- or two-bite sized ‘rafts.’ Lay cheese on each raft of bread to cover. Place on a baking sheet and put under broiler until cheese melts and starts to run a little. Take rafts from broiler and place a dab of sweet mustard on the cheese. Top this with a nice fluffy haystack of White Sauerkraut from Leelanau Cultured Veggies.
