I live in Boulder, and have pretty much since I was born. I work at a Sushi Jianken, in Longmont, making both desserts and sushi.

Growing up on a farm in Iowa gave me a lifetime interest in knowing where food comes from. However, it was not until I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2008, that I reached full-fledged food obsession.
I am a wife and a mother of a teenage boy and we live in Colorado Springs. In addition, I am a proud card carrying PETA member.
