Not only are nuts are loaded with protein and healthy fats, but there’s ever-increasing evidence that eating a handful every day helps us live longer, too. In a 2013 Harvard School of Public Health study, people who ate nuts on a daily basis were 20% less likely to die during the span of the 30-year study (when compared to people who decided to forgo nuts).
