We focus on where our local food is grown and produced, along with featuring many food artisans and chefs, farmers’ markets and food shops and the restaurants and cafes that dot the landscape of the region.
We savor our unique foods, wine, and all things edible in the eight counties – Niagara, Erie, Orleans, Wyoming, Genesee, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua. Published each season, Edible BUFFALO’s mission is to celebrate and promote the culinary heritage of Western New York.
