elcome to Edible BUFFALO ~ Western New York’s new quarterly print magazine solely dedicated to showcasing and promoting our local food shed. We  focus on where our local food is grown and produced, along with featuring many food artisans and chefs, farmers’ markets and food shops and the restaurants and cafes that dot the landscape of the region.

We savor our unique foods, wine, and all things edible in the eight counties – Niagara, Erie, Orleans, Wyoming, Genesee, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua. With its rich agricultural history and diverse landscape of restaurants, markets and cafes, Edible BUFFALO captures the essence of eating in Western New York.

Published each season, Edible BUFFALO’s mission is to celebrate and promote the culinary heritage of Western New York. Our magazine is filled with engaging articles and distinctive photography telling the stories of those that inspire consumers to “eat and enjoy local food”. Free to our readers, Edible Buffalo is available through our advertisers and at select restaurants, grocers, farmers’ markets and retailers.
