Belinda Ellis is an advocate for local, sustainable and healthy foods. Her goal as editor is to encourage others to eat food that tastes good and is good for you. Her career began as a food scientist for a fast food chain, which led her to healthy eating goals now. She moved on to become the public relations and recipe development manager for White Lily Flour. For more than 15 years, she traveled the country with rolling pins and mixing bowls, teaching people to bake. She is now the Demo Specialist for Whole Foods Market in Durham and consults as a recipe developer.
