Pasta with Tuna, Olives and Garlic and Basil Chèvre |

This is a great, quick dinner for the family. Depending on your timetable and what you have available, you can use a seared tuna steak, jarred tuna in olive oil or Albacore tuna from a can.
Serves 4
1 pound penne pasta
Olive oil
8 ounces Avalanche Cheese Company Garlic and Basil
Chèvre Spread
Tuna
1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped pitted Kalamata olives
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Cook pasta to al dente and toss with a little olive oil. Over low heat mix pasta, Garlic and Basil Chèvre Spread, tuna and olives.
Stir until cheese has melted into a creamy sauce. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
