4 ounces sorrel 2 ounces arugula 4 ounces mixed baby lettuces A little chopped onion or garlic tops A handful of cilantro tops
Dress the above with this easy dressing.
Dressing 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons Nama Shoyu or another good soy sauce 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon walnut oil
Whisk everything together in a bowl or shake up in a pint jar.
