Turkey Pasta Primavera

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked broccoli, green beans, or peas
1 cup cooked carrots
2 cups cooked turkey, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cooked pasta
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons parsley

Directions:

  1. Combine vegetables in 10-inch skillet.
  2. Stir in turkey.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and pasta.
