Ingredients:
1 Springhouse Hickory Smoked
Ham, baked and cut into cubes, bones and broth reserved
2 cups cold water or green bean juice
½ cup flour
2 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
2 handfuls green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Thicken water or green bean juice with flour. Whisk and cook until smooth.
2. Add potatoes, green beans, ham, bones, and broth.
3. Simmer lightly until heated through. Remove bones.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
